Terms & Conditions — Aladdin98 Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Aladdin98 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at aladdin98.cam.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any feature of the aladdin98 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on aladdin98 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Residential address (Malaysian address for Malaysian players)
• A valid email address and contact number
• A username and a secure password of your own choosing

Aladdin98 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any point, including but not limited to the following:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), current Passport, or valid Driver's Licence
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months and bearing the name and address provided at registration
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used is registered in the Player's own name
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the Player holding their ID document alongside their face, as requested by our compliance team

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe of request may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure. Aladdin98's KYC review typically completes within 24–48 hours of successful document submission.

Aladdin98 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

Deposits

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.
• Aladdin98 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation, subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment method.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Standard withdrawal processing targets: DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 30 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals within 1 hour; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1–3 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Aladdin98 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding defined thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Any winnings generated from funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

Aladdin98 periodically offers bonuses, free credits, and promotional programmes to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money balance. Real money balance is wagered first, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures to extract guaranteed profit constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and account action.
• Aladdin98 reserves the right to decline, revoke, or recalculate any bonus at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects that the Player has acted in bad faith, has provided false information, or has breached any applicable term.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when a bonus is active in your account. Exceeding these limits may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

General gameplay obligations include:

• You accept all results of games and bets placed through the Platform as final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned, at the Company's sole discretion, unless the technical issue was exploited by the Player.
• For sports betting, aladdin98 reserves the right to suspend, void, or recalculate markets in circumstances including, but not limited to: abandonment of an event, incorrect odds published due to human or technical error, or evidence of match fixing.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets: if one or more selections in a combination bet are void, the remaining selections will be recalculated as if the void selection did not exist.
• All bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within each game or market. Aladdin98 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on aladdin98 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with the Platform
• Opening more than one account on the Platform
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name, or using funds derived from illegal activities
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to exploit the Platform's systems
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to live poker or peer-to-peer gaming
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain; any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reclaimed
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or guaranteed-profit strategy across promotions
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction
• Any conduct reasonably deemed by the Company to constitute money laundering, fraud, or a breach of applicable financial regulations

Aladdin98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against legitimate deposits
• Discovery that the Player is under the minimum age of 21
• Self-exclusion requested by the Player under the Responsible Gambling programme
• Any other conduct that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform

Upon voluntary account closure, the Player may request withdrawal of any remaining real money balance, subject to applicable KYC completion and withdrawal terms. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) service interruptions or downtime; (b) unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials; (c) any third-party conduct on or in connection with the Platform
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or server errors beyond the Company's reasonable control
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or payment calculations resulting from genuine technical faults, provided they are promptly corrected upon discovery

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
